About the Role:
Xitricon is looking for a Senior IFS Finance Consultant based in Sri Lanka to join our Colombo delivery team. You will work on enterprise IFS implementations across global client portfolios, operating from our Colombo headquarters with client travel requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end IFS Finance module implementations and support engagements.
- Engage in requirement gathering and solution design aligned to client business needs.
- Maintain active communication with client stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables in line with IFS best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams on report generation and system integration activities.
- Support skill development, internal knowledge sharing, and team training.
About You
- 5–8 years of total experience; minimum 2 years of hands-on IFS Finance implementation experience.
- At least 2–3 end-to-end IFS implementation project completions.
- Expertise in IFS Finance module with integration knowledge across Projects, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) / ICWA / Cost Accountant qualification is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to travel for client engagements — short-term and long-term.
